Twenty-four (24) months minimum subscription period. If customer terminates the service prior to the end of the 24-month subscription period, customer is required to settle the service fees for the remaining months and return the equipment.

Three (3) months service fee, a one-time installation fee of RM150.00, a one-time activation fee of RM100.00 and three (3) months CPE installments are payable upfront prior to equipment installation and service activation. Any internal cabling cost shall be borne by customer. Monthly service fee and CPE installments are payable 3 months in advance.

Monthly service fee and CPE installments are payable in advance on a quarterly basis. We will issue your company an invoice thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the following quarter. To avoid any service interruption, customer is advised to pay within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date.

for processing:

Pricing is subject to change in
accordance with the price lists that are published from time
to time.

Speed of service is on 'best effort'
basis.

| 8. |
Service is subject to availability
and technical testing.
|
| 9. |
Equipment and installation shall
be provided by Airzëd.

| 10. |
Applicant must be 18 years of
age and above. |
